The Bedrock 1600 was a real cool idea, 2 independent, totally adjustable preamps with a foot switchable boost mode for each channel, giving the amp 4 different distinct sounds! One channel was more or less a 1200 sound, going from clean to a fairly overdriven sound. The other channel was more of a hot Marshall type sound which had a lot of gain with the boost engaged. Both channels had FX loops and independent reverb controls.

A lot of multi mode amps sort of do one thing good and that's about it. Bedrock actually pulled it off a lot better than you would think with the 1600.
